Looking at the Main Roads Department Depot's old site. This government department was formed on January 1st, 1930, when the Mains Road Act was enacted

The vacant block on the left hand side appears to have once been the location of Minerals (Perth) Pty Ltd. Regardless, the warehouse buildings here were demolished in around 1980.

Behind the bilboard marks the boundary line of the old coal storage area which extends 57 metres to the right hand side, where the Graham Farm Freeway exit lane north is located now (64 metres from the start of the exit lane).

From memory, both sides of the bilboard were advertisements for the East Perth Redevelopment Authority, which have been installed there since the end of 2004.

ATCO have completed relocation works of the Gas Pressure Reduction Station (previously known as the gas gate station) and relocated it to a new temporary location next to the Banks Reserve carpark

The forlorn metal structure of the old Turbine Room B Station's chimney stack building rusts with time, a historic symbol sadly abandoned and worthless as greedy developers and government bodies piss fart around

The circular glazed window at the top of Turbine Room C Station's south wall and the Crusher House are two easily recognised attributes of the power station

Who would know or care that this lonely ditch, now covered in vegetation, was once the location of the Carpenter's Workshop?

The end of a rail siding once existed just behind these four trees. The front of the Carpenters workshop was located just left of this photo with the Mess & Change Rooms located 1.5m to the right of it, possibly where the two trees are closely growing together

The remains of a squatters camp from the previous year. Sleeping bags and the tent are no longer here

The warm summer makes this an okay place to sleep, with an abundance of space to lay down dry cardboard flooring with shelter from the roads and cycle path

A mysterious building was constructed right here pre 1948 but was demolished in the late 1950's. The East Perth Power Station maps don't show anything for this location

The rail line to C Station was once running through here. A faint blue colour ahead marks the only remnants of a squatter's camp from two years earlier

Two Site Sentry cameras in the distance cover the front area, in close proximity to where the Step-up Sub-Station once stood, opposite the Reyrolle Switch House
