Byford Emu Farm

It's been very hard to find any information or history on this Byford location, which appears to have once been an abandoned retreat. Old images on Google show a sign posted at the front with "Cyprus Farm."

The only sales history I could find was listed in October 2019 and February 2020, both selling for $800,000.

The 3.98 hectare property is a residential development site zoned residential under the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale's Doley Road Precinct Structure plan.
