Five Luxury Apartment Developments Progress Along Perth's Coastline

COTTESLOE ● 24 September 2026

Five major luxury apartment developments along Perth's coastline, from Sorrento to Cottesloe, are progressing through construction, completion and residential sales during 2026.

The projects reflect continued investment in high-end coastal apartments, with developers targeting buyers seeking ocean views, larger residences and shared recreational facilities.

Ora Sorrento

Developed by Megara, designed by MJA Studio and constructed by PACT Construction, Ora Sorrento is approaching its anticipated completion in October 2026.

The beachfront development includes two- and three-bedroom apartments and larger penthouses, with approximately 85 per cent of residences sold by September.

Kailis Hospitality Group has been appointed to operate a ground-floor steakhouse restaurant and seaside bar. Residential amenities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and private dining facilities.

Apartments were being marketed between approximately $1.995 million and $7.5 million.

Ocean Grand, City Beach

Developer Blackburne is progressing plans for Ocean Grand, a residential development comprising 264 apartments and penthouses.

Designed with interiors by MJA Studio, the project will include wellness facilities, recreational areas and a ground-floor commercial precinct accommodating restaurants, cafes, retail businesses and medical services.

Apartments were being marketed from $1.79 million to more than $10 million.

West Village, Karrinyup

Construction is underway on Blackburne's West Village development, with Multiplex appointed as the builder.

The project will deliver 253 apartments and more than 2,500 square metres of recreational facilities and landscaped gardens.

Approximately 70 per cent of the apartments had been sold by September 2026, including all one-bedroom residences.

The development follows Blackburne's nearby $75 million East Village project, which comprises 94 residences.

The Dunes, Scarborough

Above-ground construction commenced in August 2026 on The Dunes, a beachfront apartment development by Edge Visionary Living.

Designed by Hillam Architects, the project comprises two residential towers known as East and West, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

The development received the Best Waterfront Development in Australia award at the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

A sub-penthouse sold for $7.75 million in mid-2024, while advertised apartment prices in September 2026 started at $910,000.

The Warnham, Cottesloe

The $85 million Warnham development on Marine Parade, near the Indiana Teahouse, comprises eight luxury residences across five storeys, with hospitality accommodation on the lower level.

Designed by Felipe de Soto of Space Collective Architects and constructed by Greenbuilt WA, the development has been progressing since 2023.

The building received recognition at the 2026 Master Builders WA Building Excellence Awards.

One of its remaining residences, a four-bedroom apartment containing approximately 260 square metres of internal living space, was being marketed in September 2026.

Together, the five developments represent substantial residential investment along Perth's western coastline, with several incorporating restaurants, commercial facilities and shared recreational areas alongside private apartments.
