Vans Warped Tour 1999

The second year Vans Warped Tour was held in Australia, it was at the Claremont Showgrounds on January 20.

I was working on starting up a teen magazine at the time called Teen Talk, in which I'd started at age 17, my first registered business.

​

I wanted awesome photos of a local event so I commissioned photographer Natalie Hiddlestone to photograph the Vans Warped Tour. I gave her a ticket to enter and just my luck, she knew one of the security guards (or maybe it was the promoter) who let her take photographs from an awesome vantage point.

Sadly, I never did get the magazine up and running.
