Black Hill - Building
I had originally believed this building was a Regimental Aid Post (RAP), the first level of medical treatment within an army unit, where injured personnel were assessed, stabilised and prepared for evacuation if required. However, I have so far been unable to locate the source that led me to this belief.
Until such evidence can be found or relocated, the structure is referred to here simply as the Building.

Drainage Culvert
This brick- and stone-lined drainage culvert passes under Parker Point Road and was constructed to manage surface water and protect the road formation. While its materials and method are consistent with works undertaken during the World War II period, it is not possible to determine from surviving evidence whether the culvert was built by the Army or formed part of existing infrastructure before or after their occupation of the island.

AA LMG Emplacement Area
This area appears to have once contained a small structure or light machine gun emplacement that has since been deliberately filled in. The depression has been backfilled with soil and capped with a substantial pile of rock, obscuring any surviving features at ground level.
The form and placement of the rock pile suggest purposeful infilling rather than natural collapse or erosion. The scale of the material involved makes an accidental origin unlikely, unless someone once gave a quokka a very elaborate funeral.
