Italian Village Fremantle Office

The Italian Village Fremantle was established in 1993 in White Gum Valley. It accomodates 100 frail aged residents, specialising in the needs of those living with dementia.

The office had been approved for demolition on 17 September 2020, under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Local Planning Scheme No.4, subject to a number of conditions.

It appears that all the asbestos has now been completely removed from the office, so perhaps demolition is just a matter of time.
