A raw water tank remains half hidden behind the bushes on the left side

A 132kV transmission tower sits between the former Office & Test Room and Turbine Hall B

The two storey brick building with its rear single store annexe (housing the store room and meter testing laboratory) was previously for the Office & Test Room

Following the closure of the power station, the old Office & Test Room was used by SECWA's Technical Service Branch - Chemistry Section

A 1.3 tonne Site Sentry camera, which operates its Active Security System after hours, guards the Summer Street side. More as an imposing visual deterrent, it is fitted with state-of-the-art LED floodlights, strobe, a loudspeaker alarm and is powered by the sun. Security officers monitor the vision in real-time via their phone or tablet.
