A mansion designed by a father for his adult child, possibly a son or daughter (although he has both), laid out around the principles of feng shui, the ancient Chinese practice of arranging spaces to guide the flow of chi, or vital energy, to create balance, health and prosperity.

Construction stopped once development applications were lodged for both neighbouring blocks, Hillway Residences on the left and Rivean Residences on the right. Both were pushing a fair bit of height, enough to make continuing with the mansion pointless, not just because it would mess with the intended feng shui but also with neighbours suddenly right on top of it, killing any sense of privacy.
