Balcatta Amelia DOC House

It is very difficult to find any history for this house, which was located on a 1,011m² block. The City of Stirling approved its demolition in July 2022, which may have occurred shortly after these photos were taken in October of the same year.

The house was owned by the Department of Communities, who may have owned it since the house was constructed, judging from the lack of sales or rental listings for its property history.
