Balga Wanneroo House

It appears that the refurbishment of this house has been stalled for a very long time, very likely being done by the owner but for some reason, it was never completed. A development application for residential additions to a single house was lodged with the City of Stirling on 20 March 2020 and approved on 14 October 2020.

Although I’d only seen it from the outside in the year/s prior, these photos were taken in March 2021.
