The projects listed generally comprise developments that have received planning approval but have not yet commenced construction, have stalled, or appear unlikely to proceed in the near future. Construction commencement and completion status has been checked against Landgate aerial imagery where possible.
Please note that some of the information on this page has not been updated for some time and may no longer reflect the current status of individual projects. A comprehensive review and update will be undertaken in the near future.
